Our VIP Membership. This membership level has exciting new features. These features include:

• Up to 2 attendees PER educational event in 2024
  - Send up to two attendees per educational event. 3 or more will be required to pay member rate.
• One attendee at Annual Conference in Spring/Summer of 2024
  - Send one attendee to Annual Conference! 2 or more attendees will be required to pay member rate.
• Agency contact information on our OAHC website at oahc.com
  - Your agency’s contact information will be listed under VIP Members.
• Only $2,500
  - On average, agencies who send 2 employees to every workshop spend $4,000.

*The $2,500 cost will be in addition to your agency’s paid membership*

Industry Partner- $500

• Industry Partner (non-voting): Organizations who do not provide direct personal care in Oklahoma, but who provide services or products to the home care industry. However, based on payment Industry Partners have option to be full members or Industry Partners.
• This membership includes: Listserv newsletter via email, email updates re: legislative news, CMS news, PGBA updates, and NAHC news. Industry members also receive notification of all upcoming OAHC educational events. Industry members receive a login and password for the "Members Only" portion of the OAHC website.
• Industry Partner memberships do not include the following benefits that are part of agency memberships:
  Educational discounts
  Voting privileges
  Press Release service

Individual Partner- $100

• This membership is for individuals only, and not intended for agency memberships. The individual industry professional is the R.N., LPN, physician, home health aide, personal caregiver, or other agency employee or staff member who is interested in receiving all OAHC updates and news information individually and directly.
• This membership includes: Listserv newsletter via email, email updates re: legislative news, CMS news, PGBA updates, and NAHC news. Individual members also receive notification of all upcoming OAHC educational events. Individual members receive a login and password for the "Members Only" portion of the OAHC website.
